- Interviewed live on an American show discussing the advantages/ disadvantages of MMC.
- Accountable for project value between £2million to £60+ million.
- Spearheaded pre-development plots for 450 apartments, pre-app planning for 120 apartments, and planning approval for 24 apartments, as well as submitted another 30 apartments well within programmed timeline.
- Served as part of a team which secured the SME Residential Award 2019 for a new small development company which met the competition requirements.
- Employed exceptional construction project management skills to successfully complete a £1.8 million New Apartment.
- Managing the forecast to deliver 800 units from Conception to RIBA on air space throughout London/Local Authorities with Modern Methods of Construction Volumetric Apartments.
- Managed the successful completion of 138 Apartments in Millharbour London, which included externals, communal areas and commercial space, basement car parking along with various plant rooms
- Constructed two new-build houses within the agreed timeline of 14 weeks for construction, and within the client's budget.
